Kummer & Dilts is a small boutique law firm conveniently located in Ft. Wright, Kentucky. The firm does not practice in all areas of the law, but what it does, it does very well. The firm's main areas of concentration are residential and commercial real estate transactions, immigration law, small business matters, estate planning and estate administration, and domestic and international adoptions.

The principal members are John R. Kummer and Bob Dilts. These two attorneys offer a combined experience in excess of 50 years in legal counsel and representation. In addition, they are supported by a professional team of experienced paralegals and assistants.

The firm is also affiliated with Northern Kentucky Title, Inc., the oldest locally owned title company in Northern Kentucky.
