Our Attorneys

John Kummer is one of the most experienced and respected attorneys in Northern Kentucky. He is a Northern Kentucky native, and a graduate of Wake Forest University and the Wake Forest School of Law. He was admitted to the practice of law in Kentucky in 1976 and in Ohio in 1990. Since his admission in 1976, he has been actively engaged in the practice of law in many areas.

For the last 20 years, however, John's practice has been concentrated in the areas of adoption, residential and commercial real estate transactions, small businesses law, litigation involving commercial and real estate disputes, wills, trusts and estate planning.

Bob Dilts practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, banking, business and estate planning. A native Northern Kentuckian and graduate of DePauw University and the University of Kentucky College of Law, Bob enjoys working with local banks, companies, investors and individuals to facilitate successful real estate transactions and business ventures.

Bob, his wife, Kathrine, and their two daughters live in Covington. Bob’s recent community involvement includes serving as Council President of St. John’s Congregational Church, Chairman of the City of Covington Police and Fire Board of Examiners, and Board Member/Secretary of the Friends of Covington.
